The concept developed by UdA is therefore based on the Little Red Riding Hood nursery tale as it is their expertise and specialization. In the fable, “there below the three oaks stood her house” and in this project Granny’s little house in the fable becomes the central attention making it the focal point of the design. It also acts as the distributor of the spaces and a place which is half suspended between separation and unification.
From Francois Clerc, a restyling of the classic flower pot with grates for climbing plants. “Thanks to the use of steel and laser cutting, this design has a graphic effect inspired by natural forms.”
Bat Eye Art & Design, a sideboard inspired by the silhouette of the city of Porto and the colors and textures of Portugal. Bat Eye collection were presented to the public in international event Decorex in 2011.
Sydney Licht composes contemporary still life paintings, borrowing from the everyday. Licht places her focus on containers such as shopping bags and candy boxes, creating architectural piles of color, pattern and form.
